EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At BOOSTIKS BY ANW, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Exchanges & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

You may request a return only if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

2. Exchanges

We will gladly exchange your product if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value or a refund.

3. Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as otherwise agreed. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused by Organic Boosters.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Requests made after the allowed reporting period

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
